Everything a skiers needs to enjoy the snow with family or friends.  The prices are more convenient and it is just 450 feet from the slopes.

The hotel has 91 rooms, all with a beautiful view of the valley.  Also inside is the Tres Puntas Pub, ideal for spending unforgettable moments with friends in a pleasant setting and the renovated Restaurant Sur, with its new concept "A la Carte".

This family-oriented hotel focuses on convenience and comfort with 124 rooms that have adjoining room options.  You can choose from rooms with terraces overlooking the ski slopes or rooms with magnificent mountain views.Regardless of your decision, the postcard picture view will always be unforgettable. It´s located 150 feet from the slopes.

It has also direct access to the heated pool, game room, cyber café and Puerta del Sol Bar.

Hotel Valle Nevado - This is the most personalized of our hotels, with ski-in and ski-out access.  The rooms look out onto the beauty of our slopes and mountains and all have a terrace, WiFi and all the comforts you may need.

It is a cozy hotel with just 53 rooms.

It also has the most exclusive restaurant in the resort, La Fourchette Restaurant , specialized in French Mediterranean cuisine.  And a child care center where your children can play at entertaining activities planned for your ease of mind.  There is also a fully equipped Fitness Center that offers saunas, massages, body and facial treatments, relaxation techniques, dance, yoga and aerobics classes.

The Bar Lounge is right beside it, directly accessible to make it easy for you to enter an entertaining place to share after a day of skiing.

Rates may be subject to change. Our rates do not include the 19% Value Added Tax (known as IVA), however, guests who are not residents of Chile do not pay IVA if they pay their hotel account in dollars or with a dollar credit card.

*  Value season is the period from June 11 to 24 and from September 4 to October 3. During the value season period bookings do not have a minimum of nights required, except for the week of September 3 to 10 that bookings  must be 7 nights from Friday to Friday.

* Regular season is the period from June 25 to July 8 and from July 30 to September 2. Bookings must be by week (7 nights from Friday to Friday) or by mini-week (4 nights from Friday to Tuesday or 3 nights from Tuesday to Friday). The published rate for those periods represents the price per person per night for a Week Stay (7 nights). Ask about the prices for the two types of Mini-Week.

* Holiday season is the period from July 9 to 29 and bookings must be by week from Friday to Friday.

Children 4 years old or younger are FREE if they share the room with parents.

Check In:  16:00 hrs. If the room is available earlier you can check in before this time , if not you can leave your luggage at the front desk and go skiing.

Check Out:  10:00 hrs. If you check out after 10:00 am, the front desk will charge a late check-out fee to the account, which is the rate for one night.

• Half board (breakfast at La Fourchette Restaurant and dinner at any of the restaurants prior reservation). Dinner is at La Fourchette Restaurant the first night.
• Unlimited access to ski lifts. Valid until the check out day.
• Welcome cocktail. Every Saturday from 18:30 to 19:30 hrs.
• Tea time at la Fourchette from 17:00 to 18:00 hrs.
• Access to the fitness center. Sauna, exercise room, aerobics and stretching lessons available.
• One body massage per person (basic treatment, 25 minutes) for reservations of 7 nights or more. Not transferable and personal, subject to availability. Only for guests ages 11 and up. Massages available from 10:00 to 16:00 hrs. Daily reservation before 10:00 am.
• Outdoor heated pool, game room, pub and planned activities.
• Children´s daycare (3 to 7 years old). Hours: 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 (does not include lunch).
• Ski room.
• Ski and snowboard maintenance (repairs not included). Waxing and edge sharpening only. This is for the guest's own equipment or the ski rental equipment from Valle Nevado. Maximum one maintenance per person. Ski Teams excluded.
• Free Wi-Fi in rooms and in public areas of the hotel: Lobby, La Fourchette Restaurant and Bar Lounge. Guests can retrieve a password at the hotel front desk.
• Free internet at the hotel lobby (cyber café), subject to availability of PCs.

Massages and equipment maintenance services are valid until the day before the check out.
Reservations during Holiday season include one bottle of house wine FREE in the room. One bottle per room, per stay.

1. Early departures: Early departure is considered whenever the guest checks-out prior to the date stipulated on the original reservation.  In such case, Valle Nevado will not reimburse the guest for the value of any unused services.
2. Late arrivals:  Valle Nevado will not reimburse any unused services whenever a guest checks in one or more days after the reservation date, unless the road has been closed (see closed-road policy).  Nor can the stay be prolonged past the initial period reserved.
3. Extra items: The extra services offered by Valle Nevado are priced in Chilean pesos and will be converted to US dollars at the moment the bill is paid at the exchange rate of that day. This is valid for foreign guests only. Foreigners who are not residents of Chile do not pay IVA (VAT) for all services requested if they charge them to their account and if they pay hotel account in dollars or with a dollar credit card.**
4. No snow policy: Valle Nevado has a modern snow making system. Yet, if due to lack of snow and all lifts are closed at any time in the season, Valle Nevado will refund 100% of the payments of the booking for that date.
   Alternatively, the payment can also be credited for bookings on other dates during the same 2008 season, using the deposit as an installment in case there are price range differences between the weeks or products.
5. Closed road policy: The Chilean Ministry of Public Works maintains the access road to the Andes Mountains and is therefore responsible for clearing the road in the event of snowstorms.  Even though Valle Nevado offers support and machinery for the execution of these tasks, Valle Nevado is not responsible for the road conditions.
